1. NEW LINK TO ARONS CASE

Many people were unable to access the article, "Preventing Due Process," about oral argument in the Marilyn Arons case. When we checked, we found that the link to the article on the Delaware Law Weekly site was no longer available.

This article is also available on the law.com site. Last night, Pete added a page to our site with this link:

http://www.wrightslaw.com/arons_case.htm

We don't how long this link will be good. If you want to read the article about oral argument in the Arons case, we suggest that you do it now.
